Your advance gets paid before you do.

Capital Reset Partners restructures merchant cash advance payments for small and mid-sized businesses, whether you have one advance or several, so the payments fit how your business actually earns.

One advance is enough to talk to us.

You do not need a stack of funders for the payments to hurt. Most of the businesses we work with come to us with one or two advances.

1

One advance

The payment is taking more than you planned for, and you want relief before a second advance starts to look like the answer.

Where most of our clients start
2

Two advances

You took a second advance to cover the first, and now two debits hit the account. We restructure both.

Stacked positions

Several funders, overlapping debits. We bring them into one plan the business can carry.

See what your advance really takes.

Put in what comes out of your account. Nothing here is saved or sent anywhere.

Based on about 260 business days a year for daily payments.

Does any of this sound familiar?

If even one of these describes your business, your advance is working against you rather than funding you.

  • You check the balance every morning before you know whether payroll clears.
  • You only have one advance, but the payment is taking far more than you planned for.
  • You took a second advance to cover the first one, or you are being offered one right now.
  • The debits come out daily, before you have made a single sale that day.
  • A funder has filed a UCC, or has started calling the customers who owe you money.
  • You are turning down work because you cannot float the materials or the labor.
  • You have stopped opening the emails.

None of this means the business is failing. It usually means the payment structure no longer matches how the business actually earns.

We work to give you back the cash flow you need to operate.

Address the payment burden

Work toward lower daily and weekly obligations so the business has room to operate.

Handle funder communication

Take the collection calls off your desk and put structure back into how funders are dealt with.

Restructure agreements

Renegotiate unaffordable advance terms toward a schedule the business can sustain.

One advance or several

Restructure a single advance that is squeezing you, or bring multiple overlapping advances into one clear plan.

Stabilize operations

Restore predictability so you can plan, hire, and take work on again.

Regain leverage

Return to a position where you control the conversation with your funders.

A clear path forward.

No hidden steps and no surprises. Here is exactly what happens after you reach out.

Confidential review

Tell us where things stand. We look at your advances, your cash flow, and what the business can realistically carry.

A plan you approve

We come back with a restructuring approach built around your specific advances, funders, and timeline. You decide whether to move.

Negotiation

We engage the funders directly and work to restructure terms into something the business can operate under.

Back to running it

The goal is a sustainable payment schedule and enough predictability to plan again.

Straight about what we are.

You have probably been called by five people this month. Here is the short version so you know whether to bother with the sixth.

What we do

  • Restructure existing merchant cash advance obligations
  • Negotiate directly with your funders on your behalf
  • Work toward a payment schedule the business can carry
  • Review your position at no cost before anything is agreed

What we are not

  • Not a lender. We will not offer you another advance
  • Not a law firm. We do not give legal or tax advice
  • Not a consumer service. We work with businesses only
  • Not able to promise a specific outcome, and we will not pretend otherwise

Questions we get on the first call.

Answered here so you do not have to ask them.

I only have one or two advances. Can you still help?

Yes. Most of the businesses we work with have one or two advances, not a stack of them. If the payment is straining your cash flow, that is reason enough to talk. Getting ahead of it early, before a second or third advance enters the picture, usually leaves you with more options.

What does it cost?

The initial review is free and there is no obligation attached to it. Fees for the work itself depend on the size and complexity of your position, and they are laid out in writing before anything begins. You will never be asked to agree to something you have not seen the number for.

Will this hurt my business or my ability to get funding later?

That depends on your agreements, your funders, and what approach makes sense for your situation, so anyone who answers this with a flat yes or no has not looked at your file. It is one of the first things we go through in the review, and we would rather tell you honestly that restructuring is the wrong move for you than take on a file that does not fit.

How long does it take?

The review usually happens within a day or two of reaching out. Everything after that depends on how many advances are involved and how the funders respond, so timelines vary. We will give you a realistic range once we have seen the actual positions rather than a number designed to sound good.

Are you going to sell my information?

No. What you send us is used to evaluate and work your file. We do not sell or trade your information to lead buyers, funders, or anyone else.

What if I have already defaulted or stopped paying?

That is a common starting point rather than a disqualifier. Businesses often reach out after things have already gone sideways. Bring the full picture to the review, including anything you would rather not say out loud, because the plan is only as good as what it is built on.

What do you need from me to start?

For the initial review, a rough picture is enough: how many advances, roughly what is outstanding, and how often payments come out. If it makes sense to move forward, we will ask for the actual agreements and recent bank statements at that point.

Let's look at your numbers.

Every review is confidential and free. Tell us where the business stands and we will get back to you within one business day.
